Westlake Village is one of the most polished master-planned communities in the region, built around Westlake Lake and straddling the Los Angeles and Ventura county line. In Westlake's planned communities, the design-review board is part of the job. We are used to that. We help you choose premium pavers and stone that fit the guidelines, and we provide the material specs, drawings and detail your HOA or association needs so approval doesn't stall the project.
From lakeside yards to sloped hillside parcels, water management and base work are what make hardscape last here. We engineer grading and drainage and build retaining and seat walls where the lot calls for them.
